Terms of Service

Myeka Planner lets you create and share a digital invitation website for your wedding or event, including features like RSVP collection, guest wishes, and a shareable event page. Creating an account and building a draft invitation is free; publishing it live requires purchasing one of our paid packages, billed once as a flat one-time price.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter into your invitation, including guest-facing details like dates, venues, and contact information. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to create an account.

You agree not to use Myeka to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate another person or event, or publish false or misleading event information.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Myeka's systems.
• Collect guest RSVP data for any purpose other than organizing your event.

Paid packages are billed as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card or bank details. Refund requests are handled case-by-case; contact us on WhatsApp at +60 11-1015 2931 if something goes wrong with an order.

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload to your invitation. You're responsible for having the right to use and share anything you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

We aim to keep Myeka available and reliable, especially around your event date, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for losses caused by downtime, third-party service outages, or issues outside our reasonable control.

You may stop using Myeka and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including misuse of guest data or fraudulent payment activity.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
